Ease of Getting Approved for Referral Program
You must be an employee of Lewis and Clark. Your referral must be qualified for the open position.
Ease of Completing a Referral
Complete and submit the referral form after your referral has applied for a position. Your referral must be hired and complete 6 months of employment to qualify for the commission. If your referral is not hired, you still are entered into a quarterly drawing for $25.
